When You are Buying a Used Car
Buying a car is a very important investment. But you have to keep your budget in mind. Sometimes it is better to go for a used car than a brand new one. Here are some helpful tips for buying a used car
-Get as much information as you can get, about the model of the car you are going to buy. You can search internet and classifieds in newspapers to get a feel about the prices.
-Get an expert with you, when you go on inspection. While you may pride yourself as a car buff, an expert can see faults where you won’t think of looking.
- Make sure you check all the documents carefully. All the records should be there, like log book, MoT, service history etc.
-Test drive the car on different roads.
-You have selected the car. Now you should Contact HPI and get the HPI check done. HPI can tell you if the car you are going to buy is stolen, written off or has outstanding payments against it.
