Carpoolers Stays at Status Quo in Ratings
Each week we try to give you an idea of where Carpoolers is at in the ratings book, mainly because my big names in the industry have said that it is a show that could possibly be on the chopping block. Since the premiere which was solid, the show saw a decline in last weeks episode and just a real slight dip last night, really leveling out surprisingly higher then many have anticipated. Here is what Media Life Magazine had to say:
ABC’s “Cavemen” was up slightly from the previous week, from a 2.5 to a 2.7, while lead-out “Carpoolers” slid a bit, from a 2.8 to a 2.7.
CBS began the night in the lead with a 4.1 rating at 8 p.m. for “NCIS,” followed by Fox with a 3.2 for the first hour of the ALCS game. ABC was third with a 2.7 average for “Cavemen” (2.7) and “Carpoolers” (2.7), while NBC and CW tied for fourth at 1.7, NBC for “Matt Lauer Reports,” an interview with Sen. Larry Craig, and CW for “Beauty and the Geek.” Univision placed sixth with a 1.1 for “Amar sin Limites.”
